McDermott said: “As fresh food and flavours are key, I’m thrilled to be working with some of the best producers the land & sea has to offer. Northumberland is a stunning place and to find the right the produce has been a joy. It is very important to me to use the best, and I am confident that our latest menu will be a real showcase of the passion, and respect we have for the produce of the area.”
