Harden's says
Sibling to the Abergavenny small plates restaurant from Daniel Saunders and Danielle Phillips.
Harden's survey result
Summary
“A brilliant new addition to the city” – this late 2022 newcomer is a sibling to the Abergavenny small plates restaurant from Daniel Saunders and Danielle Phillips and is tucked away in the centre, off Broad Street. Feedback is “outstanding” but more limited than we would like, but in an August 2023 review, The Telegraph’s William Sitwell also raved over its “bang-on-trend” formula, dubbing it “top notch and stunning value”.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
