Harden's survey result
Summary
‘One of the UK’s most progressive dining experiences’ is promised by Andrew Sheridan and his brigade – to the backdrop of a resident DJ – at his year-old and extremely ambitious city-centre venture which aims to allow you to ‘embrace an experience brought together by an immersive sensory and nostalgic story focused around food’. More prosaically, this centres around a 10-course tasting menu for £100. Initial reports are limited, but the AA awarded it a respectable three rosettes in their Autumn 2022 awards. More feedback please!
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
