An 'autobiographical' restaurant from chef Andrew Sheridan (also of Craft Dining), along the same lines as Tom Aikens' Muse - Andrew describes the eight-course menu (served at 8pm, one sitting only) as "his whole career in eight courses".

Afterwards, request a trip to ‘After 8’, described as ‘Quite possibly one of the most exclusive cocktail bars, ever’! Wow!!
