Harden's says
A boutique hotel open in the North Cotswolds from early summer 2025. It’s owned by Madfabulous Hotels, founded by Paul Baker (who founded the international bakery brand St Pierre Groupe) and Sarah Ramsbottom (who helped remodel Chester’s Soughton Hall). The hotel features a restaurant led by head chef Mark Coleman focused on local Cotswold producers.
