In April 2022, Robert Thompson called time on his ‘You Be Chef’ delivery business and former venture, Thompson’s (seemingly RIP) and started this new establishment: a 14-bedroom restaurant-with-rooms in the heart of Cowes. It opened too late for any survey feedback, but his track record as the island’s leading culinary light suggests this will be one to watch.
