Top Tip – “doughnut heaven: the pheasant doughnut with truffle and parmesan custard blows you away!”

They seem to be bucking the trend with this summer 2021 newcomer. Game is a speciality, with venison bon bons, deer pastrami salad, homemade black pudding and venison chipolatas featuring on early menus – “good, honest tasty food”. “Let’s not keep the secret as the food is spectacular in taste and design!”.
