Silo co-founder Josh Bowles has launched this sustainable food and event space in Hackney Wick with DJ Dan Howells; set across three floors, there’s room for up to 300 people, with all-day alfresco dining and drinking. The short menus offer breakfasts and burgers, and that's about it.
