For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

The Ingham Swan Restaurant Diner Reviews
"The tasting menu is excellent and the set menu du jour is particularly good value. The rooms make a pleasant option too, especially in the winter months."
"This restaurant is outstanding the food excels in every way. Strange thing is that they are always impressive and their standards never fall below 100%. The staff too are caring and knowledgeable and their wine list is to drool over. If there is a negative it has the worst parking facility ever. Hey ho, it’s a small price to pay. Just go and try to overlook that, believe me it’ll be worth it"
