Chef Paul Durand’s Baltic Triangle follow-up to the now shuttered city brasserie/micro bakery The Little Shoe has built up quite the momentum since opening in 2022. Set on the ground floor of a converted warehouse, and dominated by counter seats overlooking the open kitchen, it turns out “amazing small and large plates” from a menu that rotates by four or five dishes every couple of weeks. Wine is very much a focus, with a “good selection” of bottles by the glass “and not silly prices” too.
