Harden's says

From Camden Market and Street Feast Woolwich favourites, this hand-pressed, fully stuffed, 45-day aged beef burger chain now has permanent roots in Shoreditch, where the menu can expand into fish, chicken and veggie options (in buns) and bar snacks.

This former food-truck and market-stall operation now has three bricks-and-mortar bars around the capital serving US-style burgers made from dry-aged Yorkshire-bred beef – and “wow, they’re really good”. You can enjoy them at home, too, thanks to a trio of delivery-only kitchens. Top Menu Tip – “the Bacon Butter Burger is great”.

A “cool spot” in Shoreditch that’s the permanent home of a former truck selling some of the “best burgers in London”“flavoursome, with great ingredients”, most notably Yorkshire-bred beef which is dry-aged in Himalayan salt fridges. They also do chicken burgers, funky sides and boozy milkshakes. Spin-offs have opened in Soho and Borough Market, with delivery kitchens in Camden, Vauxhall and Acton.

This minimalist Shoreditch independent attracts superlatives for its burgers, sides and funky drinks. While the eat-in diner is standalone, the business is expanding via a delivery-only kitchen in Wandsworth and a nationwide meal-kit operation, also rated “amazing – one of the best”. Top Tip: “the truffle fries”.

“Some of the best burgers in London” – including a “sublime, fried, hot fish burger” and “a real vegetarian burger (that isn’t pretending to be anything other than a real, delicious vegetarian burger)” – make it well worth discovering this hip new Shoreditch diner. When it comes to going ‘beyond’, “some of the tapas style starters are worth trying too” (cauliflower cheese balls, fried chicken bites…)

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
