"We visit Yi-Bán on average about once every two months, always at lunchtime for the quarter aromatic duck with pancakes plus the dim sum. We have stopped going at the weekend because it gets ram packed with ethnic Chinese who obviously like the quality of the Dim Sum at lunchtime, but we started to get the impression that particularly on Sundays that certain dishes were being cooked in very large batches then left hanging about for too long in the kitchen. One fills out a form to select the dishes from the list of dim sum and then just have to accept them in whatever order they are produced from the kitchen. Very ethnic!"
