Bethnal Green’s old town hall – nowadays a boutique hotel – houses this 30-seater overseen by chef, Simon Shand. Although it lacks the profile it once did, the limited feedback we received this year was all positive: in particular “the fixed price, five-course menu is excellent value for good, modern British cuisine”.
