For 34 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"I had high hopes of Bruno given the pedigree behind it - Michael Sager of Sager & Wilde. Chefs rotate quickly through the restaurant as a series of residencies, so what you get will depend on who is in at the time. I was disappointed with my visit, muted flavours and nothing to really get excited about. The venue feels a bit cramped and claustrophobic too. There are some good wines of course, which provide the highlight of a visit. "
