Mano Muthu worked at Euston’s legendary Roti King for many years, and opened this simple shop-conversion caff, north of King’s Cross, in mid 2021. The cooking here has more of a south Indian spin than its rival, with the inclusion of a selection of dosas, and fans (who include the Evening Standard’s Jimi Famurewa) feel its “exceptional dishes potentially beat Roti King for the title of best rotis in London!”

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
