Harden's says

Sip your cocktail, nibble on charcuterie and small plates, and watch the sun fade over the London skyline at this superb roof-top bar in Peckham. It’s on the fifth-floor of a coworking space, opposite the tube station, and opened in the second half of 2019 – from the same team who ran the now-defunct Forza Win (no ‘e’) nearby. If you eat inside not out, it’s closely packed.

“Find of the year and worth the trek to Peckham” (although the foodie in-crowd have known about it and its sibling Forza Win, newly transferred to Camberwell, for several years now) – this rooftop wine bar with a “buzzing ambience, perched above Peckham Rye station”, offers “a great selection of small plates” to nibble on while sipping “natural wine only, but a fair few easy-drinking bottles” (or cocktails if you prefer). In September 2023, they opened a large new offshoot on the terrace at the National Theatre: there are 100 covers inside with an open kitchen, and a sheltered outside area with seating for 70 drinkers and diners.

“Tremendous views over London” and sipping natural wines as you chill add to the heady experience of this “amazing rooftop restaurant and bar in the heart of Peckham Rye”. Perched on the fifth floor of a co-working space, it is run by the team behind Peckham’s Italian-focused Forza Win (no ‘e’, currently shifting sites). “It’s a treat to work through the menu (‘snacks’ belies the culinary skills at work) while drinking a cocktail and admiring the sights”.

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
