Harden's says
Former Jamavar, Tamarind and Annabel's Mayfair chef Imran Mansuri cooked at this chilled Balham cafe-restaurant-bar; there's bottomless brunch at weekends.

Summary
The latest opening from the team behind Putney’s popular Chook Chook ‘Indian Railway Kitchen’ is a flamboyant Balham hangout in the former premises of long-serving Lamberts (RIP). A café by day, it switches in the evening to ‘high-end’ modern cuisine with an “interesting South Indian influence”, under head chef Imran Mansuri, whose Mayfair-heavy CV takes in Jamavar, Tamarind and Annabel’s.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
