Harden's survey result
Summary
Just the name of the Dior-affiliated designer (Cordeìlia de Castellane), evokes glamour at the courtyard eatery of this mega-development scheduled to open in late 2023. It’s a spin-off from the 250-year-old Parisian venture of the same name – France’s first restaurant with three Michelin stars back in the day (which it held, on and off, until 1968) – and looks set to be cut from the same (chic but extremely expensive) cloth as the original on the Place de la Concorde.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
