Harden's survey result
Summary
A very appealing looking spot, in one of Chelsea’s more chichi little enclaves – this café bar is part of nearby boutique hotel, 100 Cadogan Gardens. It’s not the cheapest venue, and service can lag, but for a breakfast or light shopping lunch it’s praised (albeit in limited feedback) as “a good all-rounder”.
Summary
On a most chichi little thoroughfare, this café/bar and all-day restaurant is part of nearby luxury boutique hotel 100 Cadogan Gardens. It charges Chelsea prices from breakfast on, but fans say it’s a “perfect spot to have lunch when on a shopping expedition”.
Summary
Only upbeat feedback this year on this “excellent spot behind Sloane Square in made-over Hans Mews” – a food operation that’s part of nearby luxury boutique hotel, 11 Cadogan Gardens, recommended by fans “for a casual lunch from its eclectic menu” of salads, sharing plates and meat or fish ‘bowls’.
Summary
“A good addition to the area, but standards can be a bit rough and ready” is a balanced view on this “nice, bright venue” in a super-cute enclave off Sloane Street that’s part of nearby luxury boutique hotel, 11 Cadogan Gardens. On most accounts, its “all-day menu is not too expensive for the area” making it a versatile choice for a meet-up in Chelsea; but there’s the odd ‘off’ report of meals “offering a masterclass of how not to do it”.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

Hans’ Bar & Grill Restaurant Diner Reviews
"Visited Han's for brunch and were greeted warmly by the staff. Food was well prepared and presented. A most enjoyable visit."
"We just tried to have dinner there with our 1-year old daughter. Terrible experience and rude service by the manager Alessandro, who was first persistently ignoring us when we entered (even though baby was on my wife’s shoulders clearly very tired and hungry) and then had us stood at the door waiting for 20 mins with no coherent answer as to whether we can get a table. When we finally asked what was going on, he told us to go away and that they had no table for us. We live in the area, and are appalled that such places still survive despite falling demand. We left the restaurant with a crying baby, and are never to return again."
