“A super choice to explore Peruvian cuisine with a wide variety of dishes available on their tapas-style menu” (ceviche, croquetas, churros…) – these noisy and atmospheric, cocktail-fueled operations in Marylebone and Shoreditch make for a fun night out: “a great evening was had by all!”

These “groovy Peruvian late-night bar/restaurants” make “a stylish and fun way to end a night out, with a multiplicity of delicious small dishes on the tasting menu”. Best to go in a party mood: they can be “too noisy for conversation”.

This “sassy Peruvian” duo in Marylebone and Shoreditch are “spaciously set out, very atmospheric and pleasing to the eye”. But while the vibey locations are a big draw, they also offer “a multiplicity of delicious options”, making them “perfect for a mixed party of meat/fish eaters, vegetarians and vegans”.

“Big, punchy flavours” come through from the “varied” menu at these “lively” (“we could barely hear one another above the din”) Peruvians, in Marylebone and – since November 2018 – now also in Shoreditch (Pachamama East).

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Went for brunch. Very warmly welcomed. Service very quick but we were not rushed. Food well presented. Very good Pisco sour; highlight was the chocolate sauce with the Cardamom churros… I could eat it on its own- rich; dark with a hint of chilli "
