Harden's says
Peruvian food pioneer Martin Morales (Ceviche, Andina) launches a new venture inspired by roadside restaurants (picanterias) that form the culinary hub of the community across the eleven regions of the Peruvian Andes. It is situated next door to what he describes as London’s first Peruvian bakery in Notting Hill’s Westbourne Grove, Andina Panderia.
Harden's survey result
Summary
“Quite stunning food at a consistently high level”, led by “fresher-than-fresh ceviche” and other “flavoursome dishes”, earns improving ratings for Martin Morales’s small Peruvian group, inspired by the cooking of the Andes. “Fabulous to visit” – “the room is permanently sunny – or is that just the pisco sours?”. The Notting Hill venue includes a bakery.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
