Harden's survey result
Summary
Inspired by Israeli home cooking as well as the Tel Aviv party scene (Kapara is Hebrew slang for ’darling’), this all-day-and-late-night, Soho-fringe newcomer is from Eran Tibi (the chef behind Bala Baya in Southwark). It opened shortly prior to our survey in Spring 2023, and didn’t generate much in the way of reports. Early online buzz suggests that even if there’s the odd wrinkle to iron out, it has potential.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
