Harden's survey result
Summary
“Modern Italian with a Japanese twist” – this late summer 2022 launch in Great Portland Street from Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, founder of legendary Cannes pop-up Cosy Box, marries the two food cultures to good effect. Italian-born chef Ivan Simeoli says he’s “not limited by tradition, but uses it as an inspiration” for a menu dominated by fish and seafood with plenty of raw options, while Italian Fassona and Japanese wagyu beef have cameo roles.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
