Old-time foodies may remember this converted warehouse from its days spearheading Manchester’s foodie makeover as ‘Mash & Air’ in the late 1990. This March 2024 newcomer is in the basement of the building – a dim-lit, glossy night-clubby space with surprisingly grown-up cuisine from chef Gabe Lea, who has worked at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir and The French at the Midland Hotel.
