Harden's survey result
Summary
A “new restaurant serving ultra-fresh fish from Fleetwood” (but also Shetland scallops, Irish sea trout and Cornish monkfish), set up by fishmonger Jamie Barrett, who owns the Marple Fish shop round the corner. A former car spares shop, it's now a hybrid country-pub and beach shack, style-wise.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

The Fisherman's Table Restaurant Diner Reviews
"A good meal. We had John Dory, breaded Monkfish cheeks both with shellfish bisque & seared scallops. All delicious though I would have preferred the monkfish with a tempura batter. The tapas menu looked good too. The service was delightful and the food arrived promptly. It was 2.15 when we took our table and by then the restaurant was fairly empty so it was difficult to judge the ambience. I will go again."
