London East Dulwich Restaurant Guide

Buzzy Japanese in East Dulwich (younger sister of Clapham’s long-established Tsunami), that’s “always busy due to the reliably tasty (and never-changing) menu” of sushi and sashimi, plus more substantial fare, backed up by “excellent cocktails”.

2023 Review: “This great local pub” in Dulwich excels for its “simple food – especially the pies”. “It’s always a big surprise to me that the Lordship isn’t in Harden’s. It’s a huge room with lots of outdoor space, and very friendly, welcoming staff”.

After nine years in various street markets including Pop Brixton (which came to an end in late 2022), Greek street-food specialists Evi Peroulaki and Conor Mills are moving into permanent premises on North Cross Road in East Dulwich. Expect Aegean classics using prime British ingredients such as rare-breed Old Spot pork, plus Greek lager and cola.
