“For a large chain, they still do pretty much unbeatable Mexican fusion fare”, say fans of these “busy and atmospheric” street-food cafés, now with 11 London branches and three others around the UK. On the way into Leith from the city centre, this funky cantina was launched in 2023 as part of a hot sauce-making company (in a building saved by local campaigning). No survey feedback as yet, but numerous press and online reviewers have the serious hots for the place and its made-to-order, hand-pressed tacos. You can try all the sauces and buy them on your way out. For a hip cheap eat, perhaps brunch, it looks just the ticket.
