Following the success of Shoreditch, Soho and Holborn Grind, the team behind the coffee shop chain are set to open their fourth site, London Grind. The cafe – the group’s first foray into proper food – will open later this month (February) in London Bridge. 

On the menu: brunch dishes such as poached eggs with quinoa and Datterini tomatoes, and one-pan eggs with baby spinach and pistachio. Once evening arrives, the menu offers pan fried red mullet, cannelini beans, swiss chard, or lamb stew with spinach gnudi, and cheeses, meats and oak-smoked salmon – sourced from Borough Market every morning.

On the drinks list: cocktails (like the Grind Espresso Martini), gin – served pink, Collins or with tonic – and beer from local brewery Fourpure, as well as their renowned Grind House Espresso blend.
