At noon today (1 December) early bird tickets for Meatopia 2018 go on sale at meatopia.co.uk, permitting discerning diners entry to the event a valuable 30 mins before regular ticketholders.
Now in its sixth year, Meatopia UK boasts a fully curated menu of exquisite, one-off dishes, all cooked over fire by some of the world’s most sought-after and critically acclaimed chefs. 2018 promises to be bigger and better than ever, with more delicious dishes, drink, fire and music.
Taking place at London’s Tobacco Dock from Friday 31 August – Sunday 2 September, Meatopia 2018 also brings later closing time of 10 pm for Saturday’s Festival Day, giving Meatopians an additional hour of post-repast revelry.
Last year’s line-up included Yotam Ottolenghi, Nathan Outlaw, Richard H Turner, New York’s Angie Mar and Nud Dudhia of Breddos Tacos, all showcasing unique dishes never before seen on their respective restaurant menus. 2018 will see an even larger line-up of top chefs from across the world showcasing their skills over an open flame.
Not just about the fantastic food, Meatopia 2018 will also feature an eclectic line-up of live music, headline DJs, informal workshops, live chef demos from the Cutting Room stage and the return of Melissa Cole’s craft beer extravaganza, Craftopia.
