Bloomsbury Street Kitchen has reopened its doors for the first time this year. Better late than never, we suppose.
The new restaurant describes itself as both a Mediterranean and a Japanese restaurant, and between Thursday to Saturday will serve a selection of small plates, as well as a collection of fine wines, sake and signature cocktails.
In a dining room blending Italian and Japanese styles, the menu includes sake-flamed black garlic king prawn, Chilean sea bass, and a signature six-course tasting menu, comprised of speciality dishes from head chefs Neil Armstrong and Matt Downes.
The restaurant is situated at the heart of the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street hotel, not far from the British Museum. The hotel itself has had a face-lift and is pushing its new restaurant as lockdown eases.
