Hove’s hottest newcomer etch has teamed up with Harden’s to host the restaurant’s first ever Sunday lunch, with tickets available exclusively for Harden’s readers. Steven Edwards’ stylish seaside dining destination, which serves tasting menus showcasing stunning Sussex produce, has never opened on a Sunday – until now.
The lunch will take place on 24 September, beginning with a Nyetimber sparkling wine reception with chef-patron Edwards at 12.30 pm. The £95 four course menu features sumptuous ingredients like sea trout and cucumber, celeriac with truffle, duck, and fig with blackberry. Each course will be paired with carefully chosen wines.
etch may be new, but the fine pedigree of its founder – winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2013 and previously head chef at Camellia in Horsham’s South Lodge Hotel – means it’s already firmly on the foodie map.
This is sure to be an unmissable afternoon of spectacular food and wine. Harden’s invites inaugural event at Le Gavroche sold out within a day, so we recommend readers book their place for Etch as soon as they can to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are £95 per person. To book your place please contact Tracy Hall on 020 7839 4763 or email th@hardens.com. Payment will be taken in full upon booking. Please provide any dietary requirements. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
