Wiltons Holdings, which owns London institution Wiltons, as well as the swanky Italian Franco’s, in St James, is to open its third restaurant.
Locket’s, a cafe and wine bar, will become the group’s first site to open since 2005, and will launch in October on Bury Street.
Wiltons Group has been run by the same family for 90 years, and its flagship, Wiltons, has a history dating back to 1740. It is no small deal that the team are to expand its small but reputable empire.
Locket’s will be a 60-cover site focusing on all-day food and drink. There’ll be an emphasis on breakfast, brunch and lunch during the day, and wine by night.
In keeping with such a modern-sounding concept, sustainability will also play a role, the Evening Standard said.
