The third tapas joint from Madrid-born chef Omar Allibhoy (his first not to be housed within a shopping centre) will open on 24 February in Shoreditch. Tapas Revolution will have a soft launch period with 50% off food from 10-23 February.
On the menu: Atun con ajoblanco y vinagreta (tuna carpaccio with almond sauce and citrus vinaigrette); croquetas de ceps y trufa (truffle, boletus mushrooms and béchamel croquettes); carrilleras ibericas al chocolate (Iberian pork cheeks braised with chestnuts and chocolate) and gamba blanca a la plancha (white Mediterranean prawns cooked on the griddle over salt).
Allibhoy already has two Tapas Revolution sites, one in Bluewater in Kent and the other at Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush. For more information on the soft launch offer please sign up here: www.tapasrevolution.com/section.php/41/1/.
