A new 6,875 sq ft restaurant from the hospitality entrepreneur Brad Stevens will open at the Liverpool One development.
The businessman will open a branch of his Mamasan restaurant concept in a 200-cover space in Liverpool once national lockdown restrictions have eased.
The concept offers south east Asian inspired food and cocktails and debuted in Glasgow in July 2020.
Stevens is behind the likes of Bar Soba, now in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Leeds, and also founded Pizza Punks, which has sites in Glasgow, Newcastle, and Belfast.
Stevens said: “The gap in the market for this kind of experiential dining in Liverpool, combined with the discovery of this attractive and versatile space at Liverpool One, made this an opportunity too good to pass up.”
