Another restaurant that screams ‘scalable concept’ is set to launch in the City later this year. Pull’d – specialising in slow-cooked meats – is hoping to tap into London’s ongoing love affair with all things carnivorous.
The all-day dining concept will open its first site in Cannon Street this autumn, with up to five more planned over the next three years.
Pull’d offers a selection of bases – brioche rolls, tortilla, rice and salad – to serve alongside slow-cooked meats. Salads, baguettes and wraps, and breakfast items like egg and pulled pork roll with Pull’d bbq sauce, homemade chia seed porridge and granola, will also be on the menu.
