Over the years the owners say they have sold more than 130,000 bowls of pho (Vietnamese noodle soup), hence the need for a bigger site. The new premises, by Smithfield Market, will have 86-covers and offers a takeaway service.
On the menu: pho (of course), banh mi, Vietnamese rolls, steam buns, salads, chargrill skewers; steamed scallop and smoked Jasmine tea duck. To drink there’s traditional Vietnamese iced coffee and Caphe Spirit – homemade rice spirit served with mint, lime & soda.
