Brazilian barbecue chain Cabana will join a host of other restaurant groups in Manchester’s Corn Exchange development, due to open later this month. The building will relaunch with 17 restaurants after a £30 million renovation.
Other chains include “vibrant” Mexican street food chain Wahaca and canteen-style Italian Vapiano. Also taking up residence in the new development are Cosy Club, Banyan Bar and Kitchen, and existing operators Salvi’s and Tampopo.
In addition to the restaurants, Roomzzz Aparthotel will open 114 apartments over four floors in early 2016. This will be Cabana’s eighth site, it already operates six in London and one in Leeds.
