Argentine star chef Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur in Menton on the French Riviera will be cooking at the four-day Barullo festival of Argentinian culture in Hoxton later this month.
His four-course dinner will include Antarctic king crab and Patagonian lamb, accompanied by wines from 40 Argentinian producers introduced by a sommelier team under Paz Levinson.
Colagreco opened Mirazur in 10 years ago, and this year it was voted number six in Restaurant magazine’s annual list of the world’s best restaurants.
Barullo, which celebrates music and art as well as food and drink, is at JJ Studios in Hoxton from October 25 to 28.
Tickets to the dinner, which starts at 6.30pm, cost £100 are available from Eventbrite. A small plates and unlimited wine option is available for £30.
