From the humble beginnings of a street food stall on Whitechapel’s chaotic Brick Lane, Rosa’s Thai Cafe has opened two new restaurants. The growing chain launched its first west London location in Fulham Road Chelsea and has now announced another site scheduled in Angel’s Theberton Street.
Husband and wife team, Alex and Saiphin Moore, will continue to offer their ‘Thai food with a modern twist’ menu that made Rosa’s street food such a hit.
Dishes include: Spicy grilled pork neck salad with a bittersweet Thai dressing; minute seared tuna with fresh Thai herbs, capers, garlic and chilli, and Northern Thai sausage with a kick of ginger, coriander, chilli and lettuce.
Rosa’s Chelsea site, a Grade-II listed building once home to the Ad Lib pub, is the chain’s first to have its own cocktail bar.
