The founder of a leading catering firm, Hattie Mauleverer, has written to the Prime Minister to ask the Government not to forget her side of the industry.
Mauleverer, from Top Hat Catering, said the £43.3bn sector is being forgotten amongst all the Covid-19 noise. She said financial aid is needed to prevent it from further slipping between the gaps.
The businesswoman said she intends to send the attached letter to the Prime Minister at the end of this week and has asked for support.
