Last week El Celler de Can Roca regained its spot on top of the World’s 50 Best list and if you don’t already have a reservation at the Girona restaurant it’s probably already too late. But there is way you can sample some of the Roca brothers cuisine without leaving London.
Ibérica has gathered together the most celebrated Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American chefs to create an exclusive collection of signature tapas dishes for the ‘Great chefs, Great Causes’ campaign (8 June – 23 August).
Each chef has contributed a recipe to Nacho Manzano and group chef César Garcia’s campaign; from El Cellar de Can Roca’s squid parmentier with smoked Spanish paprika through to razor clams with yellow pepper and black quinoa from Virgilio Martinez of Central in Peru. Other participating chefs include Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz, Juan Mari Arzak of Arzak and Bittor Arguinzoniz of Asador Etxebarri.
Dishes start from £7 and all proceeds will be shared equally amongst the chefs’ chosen charities, which include Fundaciò Oscobe, Unicef Spain, Action Against Hunger Peru and UK and FarmAfrica.
