Not one but two America’s top exports – Martinis and burgers – are to headline the menu at a new Mayfair diner.

Chucs Bar & Grill, in Dover Street, will stand next to (English) entrepreneur Charles Finch’s Chucs Dive & Mountain Shop. The intimate 25-seater restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving up burgers, salads, pasta dishes – and martinis.
