Jasper Cuppaidge, founder of London’s Camden Town Brewery, has launched a campaign to help raise an investment target of £1.5 million for a new brewery project. The ‘Hells Raiser’ campaign, run through equity crowdfunding platform Crowdcube, started today (9 February) and allows investors to put in as little as £10 all the way up to £500,000.
As well as going towards a new brewery site, investment will help create jobs in the capital as well as help with various London projects Camden Town Brewery also has in the pipeline.
Investors will get ‘rewards’ for their generosity, including an official share certificate, discounts at the brewery bar and on the website and even crates of beer delivered direct to their door. For investments over £100,000 the Camden Town Brewery team will throw a huge party for you and up to 50 revellers, at your home or office space; and a three-day brewery tour trip to Bavaria will be offered to anybody investing over £250,000.
Those wishing to invest the maximum of £500,000 are able to suggest what their reward should be. Jasper is happy to listen to any and all requests – so long as they’re within legal and moral restraints.
The brewery will hold a Hells Raiser party this Friday (13 February) at a new pub in Kentish Town that will be renovated with part of the funding. For more information visist: www.camdentownbrewery.com/invest.
