This month as Brew launches its fifth site on Chiswick High Road, featuring a new bespoke design and a custom-made pizza oven to nurture their “Hellfire Pizzas.” The Antipodean-style café chain launched its original site in Clapham in 2009, and since then has added outposts in Wimbledon, Putney and Wandsworth.
The menu at Brew Chiswick – like its sibling restaurants – is inspired by Melbourne all-day dining. So expect plenty of tasty brunch items and fresh juices. On the menu (overseen by group founder Jason Wells and head chef Patrick Coleman): Turkish Eggs; poached and served with hung yoghurt and hot chilli butter, and home-made chorizo scrambled eggs on Brew’s sourdough toast; pizzas from the wood fired oven including Salt Beef, Confit Duck and Lamb Shawarma.
This latest 75-cover restaurant will also provide freshly baked, artisanal bread and pide, as well as breakfast and dessert pizzas.
