Vietnamese restaurant group Pho is growing apace with the addition of another City site – the One New Change shopping centre near St Paul’s, also home to Jamie’s Barbecoa and Gordo’s Bread Street Kitchen.
Opening on the former site of a Caffe Concerto, it will be the company’s twelfth outlet and the largest to date, with 110-covers and terrace seating for 30. To celebrate the launch tomorrow (11 September), the restaurant will be serving free pho all day long.
The group currently operates nine restaurants in London, one in Brighton and one in Leeds. There are plans for a further 25 sites over the next three years.
