Chef Theo Randall is to lend his name to a restaurant brand called Theo’s Italian Kitchen.
Theo’s Italian Kitchen is a new venture from IHG, owners of the InterContinental Park Lane, where Randall operates his fine dining restaurant, Theo Randall.
The ex-River Café head chef will front the opening of two sites in Battersea and Aldgate, London, and one in Newcastle.
There is already an outlet open in Zurich, and Theo’s Simple Italian – a similar but separate concept – at Hotel Indigo Kensington.
