This May, for ten days only, Dom Pérignon will open its doors for invited guests to discover the ‘three windows of expression’ of the world’s most famous champagne. ‘Les 3 Étages by Dom Pérignon’, is a pop-up in name only. Tickets for the event – held in a three storey town house in a secret central London location – cost up to £250 and Skye Gyngell will serve up the food.
Each floor of Les 3 Étages will apparently ‘express the different levels of maturity’ of Dom Pérignon (the so-called Plénitudes).
A tasting menu from chef Skye Gyngell (who launched Spring in London last year after her celebrated stint at Petersham Nurseries) will be paired with the three distinct Vintages.
The event will run from 5-14 May. Tickets are priced at £95 for a morning tasting, £200 for lunch and £250 for dinner. Register here for further information http://uk.domperignon.com/en-GB/les-3-etages/
