Twenty-four hour dining is still surprisingly rare in London, but more all-night bars and restaurants have been springing up of late. Polo Bar, a round-the-clock spot near Liverpool Street, is the latest place to smarten up its act.
After a major refurb, the establishment has unveiled two new floors with an all-night café and ‘secret’ bar – Phil’s Office, on the top floor, which can be hired out for groups of up to 20 people.
