A Ukrainian bar specialising in “nalivka”, or infused vodkas, has opened in Tottenham Street, Fitzrovia. Pinch also serves themed cocktails, such as the Kharkiv and the Kyiv mule, and a tapas-style menu of snacks and simple dishes.

Conceived as a “modern take on traditional Ukrainian heritage”, Pinch has been launched by Yana Galiyeva and her husband Alex Ribalicenko, along with bar manager Ricardo De Oliveira.

The nalivka are infused for two months in-house, with flavours including cherry, backcurrant, cranberry, honey and horseradish.
