This October Caravan will open a temporary 130-cover restaurant, with 40-seater bar and private outdoor terrace, at the Frieze Art Fair in Regent’s Park. Sounds a little less makeshift than your average pop-up!
The restaurant will serve many of the much-loved dishes from Caravan’s Exmouth Market (pictured) and King’s Cross sites, but with a new ‘Caravan To Go’ concept. The new concept features Caravan Coffee Roaster’s signature espresso and filter coffees, alongside salads, such as chopped kale, lemon ricotta, shaved fennel and pine nuts, baked goods and sandwiches to takeaway.
Chef and owner Miles Kirby has also created some new all-day brunch dishes especially for Frieze.
Caravan will be available at Frieze Art Fair from 14-18 October. For bookings email reservations@caravanatfrieze.co.uk
